Cutting board, Wood cutting board, serving board, chopping block, butcher block, P22

This is a beautiful end grain cutting board made of padauk. It would make any chef proud (and happy) to be on their counter or in their food prep area. As a centerpiece you will be sure to get many comments.

Why end grain? End grain boards are the most forgiving on knives and protecting the edge. They are easy to maintain and show fewer knife marks.

This piece measures 18.5 x 13 x 1.5 in. but can be made to just about any size. It can also be made into a counter top of various size and depths.

The piece is made of end grain padauk and finished with food grade mineral oil. Maintaining the board is as simple as wiping it down after use using water, letting it dry and refinishing with mineral oil periodically. (Full instructions included)

  • If over time your piece needs to be refinished, contact us to either ship it back for refinishing or to explain what we would recommend. If returned, the shipping costs will be at your expense plus a fee to refinish. When done, in most cases, the piece will look like the day you first saw it.

Wood products should not be left submerged or exposed to water. They can be wiped down and dried with a damp cloth. Excess water will damage the wood.
