Looks like just another cutting board? This was actually made for an organization called 1in6.org. The CEO asked if we could make something unique for the organization. Check out the website. www.1in6.org.

The piece is walnut with maple and a single bubinga inlay. The 5 maple and 1 bubinga strips represent the statistic, 1 in 6, the number of males sexually abused by the age of 18.

The board measures approx 17.5 x 12 x 1 inches. It can me made to any dimension with any woods desired. It is finished with food grade mineral oil.

The board can be wiped clean after use with a damp cloth but should not be immersed in water or put into a dishwasher.
